Privacy Policy pursuant to Articles 13-14 EU Reg. No. 2016/679, so-called GDPR
European Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the “EU Regulation”) and Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003 No. 196 “Code regarding the protection of personal data” (hereinafter the “Code”) provide for the right to the protection of personal data and ensure their processing in compliance with the rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality and security, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Data Controller informs you that the processing of your personal data and related processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your confidentiality and rights.

2. PURPOSES AND METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

At any time, the data subject may exercise their rights against the data controller as provided by Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
